These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General
This Site is operated by Studio Shibuya, LLC (“Studio Shibuya,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Products and Availability
Products are offered in limited quantities and may sell out at any time. While we aim to display accurate colors and details, variations can occur due to device or screen settings. We may modify designs, limit quantities, or discontinue items without notice.
3. Orders and Preorders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or inaccuracies.
Preorders: Payment is processed immediately at checkout. Estimated ship dates appear on the product page and may vary with production timelines. You may request to cancel a preorder before shipment by contacting privacy@studioshibuya.com.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Studio Shibuya does not store or have access to full credit-card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Requests for returns or exchanges may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To inquire about a return, email privacy@studioshibuya.com with your order number.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks—is owned by Studio Shibuya, LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Any use without prior written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Shibuya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
